"The sheer gratuitousness of the grace of salvation is particularly manifest in infant Baptism. The Church and the parents would deny a child the priceless grace of becoming a child of God were they not to confer Baptism shortly after birth."
United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (usccb.org)
Baptism Seminars lead parents and godparents into a deeper understanding of the joy and commitment of bringing their child up in the Catholic faith. During the seminar, participants discuss the nature of the Sacrament of Baptism, and explore the role of parents and godparents within the church.
Baptism classes are offered twice a month for new parents. For more information, see the Baptism Seminar calendar.
