 Let’s join together and bring an end to the stigma of mental illness.

NAMI San Diego, in collaboration with Saint Gregory the Great's Mental Health Ministry,
is pleased to offer The following educational program:

 NAMI Family to Family:  January 8 - April 9, 2018 (12 Week Course)
An educational program for families and friends of individuals who experience mental illness.

Class are FREE and open to all parishioners and members of the community.

NAMI Family to Family

An Education Program for families and friends of individuals who experience mental illness.

This FREE 12-week course is taught by trained family members who have lived with a family member diagnosed with mental illness.

The Family-to-Family course topics Include:

• Learning about feelings and facts

• Schizophrenia, Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder and Depression

• Basic brain biology/new research and Medication review

• Problem solving, Empathy and Communication Skills workshops

• Self-care, Advocacy and Fighting Stigma

• Rehabilitation services-what’s available
