Donation Opportunities

Thank you for considering a gift towards our annual Saint Gregory the Great 2016 Gala; Venetian Carnivale!  It is only with the generous support of our friends, parishioners, and business leaders that this event can be successful.  We are asking for your assistance by donating goods, services or gift certificates to be auctioned.  We will be holding our annual fundraising event at the Estancia La Jolla Hotel and Spa, which will include silent and live auctions, as well as an opportunity drawing.

All donors will be recognized in our Gala event program, parish website, as well as listed in our church bulletin, providing exposure to over 3100 families.  The sooner your donation is provided, the more exposure your company will receive!

All donations are tax deductible.  Our non-profit, exempt Tax I.D. number is 27-3935531.

We invite you to be part of this spectacular event.  Proceeds from this event benefit the Saint Gregory the Great Parish and School.  We thank you for your continued support and hope to see you there!

Auctions & Drawings

We need your help!  One of the many highlights of the Gala are the opportunities to go home with fabulous gifts and services purchased through the silent auction, live auction, and opportunity drawing.  We are looking for a variety of items to help build the excitement to make our event a success!

Popular items of interest include:

Direct giving Auction

For guests that would like to participate with direct financial support, a fun way to participate is through the direct giving auction.  At some point during the program, the direct giving auction will commence which has become an increasingly important part of our fund raising.

These auctions have been an exciting way for Saint Gregory the Great parish and school to receive your contribution and may well inspire your neighbor to contribute as well. 

Join in on the fun, it can be an exhilarating experience!

Legacy Circle

Legacy Circle

Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Parish is establishing a Legacy Circle to recognize individuals and families that support the church and school with an annual Gala direct contribution of $1000 or more.

All members of the Legacy Circle will be recognized and invited to attend an exclusive "thank you" dinner with Father Nick Clavin.  This event will be a time of fellowship and celebration of our stewardship of God's blessings.

If you are unable to attend this year's Gala but would like to be included in the Legacy Circle, please complete the RSVP card that arrived with your invitation, and return it to the parish office with your contribution.

Patron Circle

Patron Circle

In deep appreciation of our gala supporters, the Patron Circle has been established.  It its inaugural year, its purpose is to show gratitude to those individuals, families and businesses that make a considerable financial contribution in support of the gala.  Included in the Patron Circle will be sponsors, underwriters, and high-level donors. 

Patron Circle members will be appropriately recognized in gala marketing materials, and will be invited to an exclusive VIP reception prior to the start of the gala.  The reception will be a a time of fellowship, and a celebration of our supporters' time, talent and treasure.
